Through local meetings and events, the Austin SIM Chapter provides the opportunity to connect with other leaders driving technology, interact with peers addressing similar issues and challenges, learn about technology trends and implications, share real-world experiences on technology, vendors, leadership, etc., and contribute to philanthropic and give-back activities to promote technology careers.

SIM International provides access to regional and national SIM events, programs and working groups:

• SIM TechExec - SIM's Premier Event for CIOs, CTOs and senior technology and digital leaders.
• Members-In-Transition (MIT) Program - an idea resource whether you are in transition or simply keeping an eye out for your next opportunity.
• SIM Enclaves - Hyper-local and hyper-connected invitation only dinner events for CIOs, CTOs and other senior leaders held quarterly in certain chapters.

• Rising Leader Forums (RLF) - an intense nine-month program focused on creating authentic leaders.
