SIM Austin crafts these opportunities to develop a sense of community around the companies that continuously support the association and recognize their ongoing effort to provide cutting-edge products and services to SIM Austin companies and their clients.
The benefits of these SIM Sponsorship Packages are designed to bring INTEGRATED VALUE to both the sponsor and SIM Austin members at multiple touch points.
SIM Austin hosts a variety of events each year including Chapter Meetings, Happy Hours, a Charity Golf Tournament and CIO of the Year in conjunction with the InnoTech Conference.
SIM Members include influential CIOs/CTOs, VPs, Directors and Sr. Managers of IT in the Austin area. SIM Meetings are well attended giving your organization the opportunity to meet and develop relationships with these IT Executives from a variety of industries including state and local government.
Annual Sponsor - $10,000 annually
Benefits include:
- Recognition and showcase as a SIM Austin underwriter at the annual Austin’s InnoTech conference and Austin IT Executive of the Year Awards and all SIM Austin events over the year.

Meeting Sponsorship – $2,500
This Sponsorship offers the opportunity to host a Chapter Monthly Meeting. Typical meeting attendance is around 35-50 people depending on the topic.

- Recognition and showcased as a SIM Meeting Sponsor at the specific Austin-SIM Chapter meeting
- Event with spotlight introduction and dedicated presentation time (10 min max, please), ideally with a “mini testimonial” (confidential to this group).

Happy Hour Sponsorship - Food & Beverage Cost
This Sponsorship offers the opportunity to host a Chapter Happy Hour. Typical Happy Hour attendance is around 30-40 people.

- Recognition and showcased as a SIM Happy Hour Sponsor at the specific Austin-SIM Chapter Event with spotlight introduction and dedicated presentation time (5 min max, please).

RLF Texas - $2,500
A sponsorship of $2,500 will be allocated toward food and beverage expenses for the two-day event. This sponsorship will grant the sponsor a valuable opportunity to deliver a 20-minute presentation overview to the 2024 leadership class, distribute pertinent information, and contribute to the development of future leaders.
The SIM Regional Leadership Forum is an immersive and experiential leadership development program that enables participants to discover and embrace their authentic leadership style. The program is designed for IT professionals looking to enhance their careers and acquire leadership positions within their organizations.
ENCLAVE® SPONSORSHIP - $5000
The SIM Enclave® program brings together 10-15 senior technology executives (CIO/CTO/ CDO/CISO or equivalent) within the Austin area each quarter, for a high-end, hyper-local, intimate dinner experience. SIM Enclave® is one of the few offerings on the market that offers an environment where our partners can create and develop relationships with a large number of technology executives, across targeted regions, that are well aligned to your business development goals. Sponsor representatives can expand their professional network and learn about the opportunities, challenges, and business opportunities faced by Enclave attendees. Enclaves foster open, honest dialogue and discussion related to business strategy and other issues of the day.
Enclave® Sponsorship benefits include:
- One seat at the dinner - each dinner has two sponsors, but sponsors will not be competitors
- Online logo exposure.
- Social Media post after the event tagging the sponsor and all attendees
