With the exponential increase in the creation of data, comes the challenge of ensuring it is not being misused, and the user's privacy is not being abused. Given the increased focus on data and privacy, organizations and professionals alike must be prepared for the increased number of regulations worldwide. Join us to get the latest update on statutory changes around data privacy and data subject right of access requests. About the speaker: Charisse Castagnoli is currently the General Counsel and Manager at Instapay Flexible LLC. In addition, she's an adjunct professor of law at the John Marshall Law School teaching about cyber security and data breach liability. She tracks the latest developments in technology, cybersecurity, privacy and the law. With an extensive background in technology, cybersecurity, and business development, Charisse clearly understands the business risk of data, privacy and compliance.

These and other questions will be asked and answered in this "under the hood" presentation by GM. About the speaker: Raghu George is the senior software engineering manager for big data at GM's Vehicle Data Factory. Prior to GM, he was a director of eCommerce Engineering and Digital Transformation at Hewlett Packard. Other previous experiences included Actian (formerly Pervasive) and Dell. His expertise in global ecommerce solutions and dealing with big data gives him a perspective about big data and some of its uses.
