September SIM Austin Monthly Meeting - Organizational Change Management

2019_September_Meeting_event_pic.jpg

Held Tuesday, September 10, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

We had a great turnout for this engaging discussion of a case study on what makes a successful project. For this technology implementation, the Organizational Change Management mission was to: Ready the business to adopt and own the new ways of working enabled by the 'new technology'. They had to take into consideration distributed employees, resistance to change, training immediately before each go-live, and sustainability after roll-out. What process did they follow to achieve a successful implementation? Find out during an interactive session that will cover learnings, stakeholder engagement, change readiness and, most critically, the business readiness plan.

Hope you were able to attend!
