The World Economic forum approximates that by 2020 the digital university will reach 44 zettabytes. And by 2025 there will be 463 exabytes of information generated each day. With the exponential increase in the creation of data, comes the challenge of ensuring it is not being misused, and the user's privacy is not being abused. Given the increased focus on data and privacy, organizations and professionals alike must be prepared for the increased number of regulations worldwide. About the speaker: Charisse Castagnoli is currently the General Counsel and Manager at Instapay Flexible LLC. In addition, she's an adjunct professor of law at the John Marshall Law School teaching about cyber security and data breach liability. She tracks the latest developments in technology, cybersecurity, privacy and the law.
